Every piece is made to order or sold as the one-of-a-kind item shown, so please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

Orders ship via USPS with tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your piece is on its way.

Because every hood, hat, beanie, and headband is hand-crocheted and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final— once a piece is gone, it can't be remade exactly the same way.

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of deliverywith photos and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.
